Very user unfriendly!
Poor layout and difficult to navigate with no ability to go back to previous options - you have to logout and back in. Just horrible to use!Vic2409
Disgusting rip off!
Feel completely conned by them. Agreed to the free trial and then couldn’t easily unsubscribe and got charged for a month when I’ve clearly never used it and wasn’t interested. It is pretty useless as an app anyway, see all other reviews. Complained and got some unhelpful reply refusing to refund me, am really angry. I will be calling my bank. Worst app ever used
We were enrolled in a different health insurance and it changed for breeze. Worst app ever, very temperamental, not friendly user and we can’t do anything in it. Honestly, very annoying.franci121314
Not fit for purpose
This really isn’t an app - UI is awful, you may as well use mobile web because nothing renders properly here and as the other reviewer said you can’t even click back. Awful user experience, uninstalled immediately.Sarai1212

Terrible UI
This app is one of the worst I have had the misfortune of having to use. The developers must have extremely poor and basic knowledge in programming and coding. Very clunky and temperamental. Missing even the most basic of functionality such as the ability to shift back to the previous page or even return to the landing page. Meaning you have to close the app and log back in, over and over again. I’m embarrassed for the developers of this app.Show lesssky smells
Unusable app
As mentioned in other reviews, there’s no back button on many of the pages. It’s pretty much a portal to the website, which is much easier to use.
It clearly hasn’t been tested and the design/UX not throughly considered.SophieEvs
Very Flaky App
Not fit for purpose ,, have to sign in with full details every time - and that’s usually because it’s locked up or no back button, so have to kill the app and start again. A very poor user experience, making it very difficult to use/claimNigs B
Hot garbage
Simply doesn’t work half the time. Have to login every time you open it, crashes when you try to take photos of receipts and the UI is a jumbled mess of experiences hosted in web containers.
