When you open policy pages or any pages there is no back button to go back. Have to logout and login again each time opening pages.Grng7

Needs a lot of work
Why am I being forced to view the interface in portrait when my iPad is held in landscape (connected to a keyboard)? Why does the navigation lead to dead ends, for example no way back from viewing a document other than quitting the app? Really poor effort on UX, feels like this was released with little care and testing. When is an update due to make this app usable?Show lessioan.peters
Did testing happen?
From the registration link to view my cash plan, so many times there is no back navigation. The app feels like the worlds worst web browser.petjos13
No back button
When reviewing a document or when confronted with an error message there is no way of returning to where you were. There's no menu options for navigation. You have to close the app, log in, and find where you were and hope your next choice doesn't lead you to a place with no way outOkay_eh
Needs a bit of work
I use the screen reader function on my iPhone and the app has some issues which make it inaccessible. there appears to be no back button on some pages so the only way to get back to the start is to close the app which involves logging in again. it is also not the most intuitive. I tried to find the ‘Make a claim’ button but could not locate it. Also the buttons and links are not labelled so it is difficult to know which elements are interactive.Show lessranvir22
Makes getting drs easy
New user. Makes it easy to call drs instead of going out for an appointment. Really good feature to have and saves me so much time!kbr300196
