Caregivers that are not the account holder can now pause/unpause and snooze zone checks. Snooze and Pause links now appear in the location views if the location is in an alerting mode. On some phones the new notification badge would appear out of place. This is now fixed.

Support was added for Care Givers to directly call other Care Givers directly from the App. The current time of day for the location being monitored was added to locations cards to easily see what time it is at the loved ones house being monitored. Bug fixes.
