Needs ALOT of improvement.
Very slow to refresh. Shows wrong address for my father's home. Not enough options... Could use better tracking ability, history would be very useful. Step counter is a completely useless feature. Can't believe this thing is worth $50/month. And that's the discounted price. Oh and the speaker was barely audible... And that was tested indoors. I just really hope if it IS used in a real emergency my father can actually communicate with the agent.Show lessDeveloper Response

So far today it has given me four different addresses?? The operator or whatever you call the person who may answer the phone the day you call or not said “it’s because it’s the address is off GPS”…. Ok well here’s the thing I haven’t left my house ?? So if I fall or something actually happens where is the AMBULANCE going to GO !! The app is not updating—location, steps, battery. It is verified that the device is home but the app shows data from 1:12 pm. It is now 8:45 pm. I have tried reinstalling app. Tried on a different device. NOT WORKING. I need this app to ensure my 85 year old mother’s safety.Developer Response
