Something about having the salty club app on my phone just lets me know that I have people in my corner whenever I need help. The app provides just that little bit of peace, support, and encouragement every woman deserves. It’s a soft and safe space that makes you feel stronger and more confident. Great Workouts
I absolutely love this app! As a Mom of three and a long ago Pilates and yoga teacher I can be picky about what workouts I enjoy. These are awesome in variation, get your heart rate up and also have the mindfulness piece which makes the program the whole package. Keep kicking @$& Salty Club! I’ve been with Salty Club for about a year now—it’s been an amazing journey! Last year’s Training Groups 01 & 02 were transformational—body, mind, and soul 😊☀️🙏 and its been a part of my life ever since—my daughter-in-love became a member just recently after hearing me giving props all this time and she loves it! Oh, and we both live in AZ so this definitely isn’t just for those near the water—it’s for anyone who wants to add positivity, health, wellness, and good vibes to their life!
