Candidate Reviewing Updates Candidates moving forward will only require 2 videos for their profiles, allowing them to apply for jobs quicker while still displaying their personalities. Newer applications will begin to show only 2 videos when reviewing candidates, but older applications will still show the original 4 videos. Happy Hiring!

Candidate Reviewing Updates You can now see a candidate's COVID-19 vaccination, RSA, and Working Rights statuses as part of their profile if they have answered them. Job Updates You can now see how many days are left before a job renews/expires. Once a job has expired, you will no longer have access to your candidates or reviewing functionality, so be sure to review quickly! You can now also repost previously disabled jobs instantly using the new button! Happy Hiring!

#Interviews# A massive update to scheduling is here! You can now send interview times immediately upon selecting a candidate to make sure you acquire those awesome candidates before anyone else can snap them up. Upon selecting a candidate, you will be prompted to schedule them now, or later. Select “Now” to quickly access your list of availability blocks and choose which ones you would like to send! If you have no blocks or need to add more, you can easily add more options using the “+” icon at the top. If you choose to schedule later, you can easily do this from your candidate’s chat window! Simply press the new icon to open the action menu. You can also hire or reject your candidates from here. These buttons will take the action immediately, however you may need to refresh to see the changes. #International Compatibility# NZ and the US are now supported countries on the apps! #Other Minor Fixes# - Draft and disabled jobs are now longer shown when sending interview blocks to candidates - Calendar now shows clearly which days have availabilities, and allows for slots to be deleted from the calendar tab Happy Hiring!
