Update to a frustrating initial experience
The app does not provide a pathway to contact customer service and once you track a pathway down through google, they deny your emails to customer service. This company is horrible.

Hello. Sorry to hear you experienced difficulty. Since the TiiCKER app doesn't require a text code to verify a TiiCKER user account maybe you experienced an issue connecting your brokerage. In that case possibly the brokerage did not deliver a text message for multifactor authentication. It is possible for there to be temporary connectivity hiccups when connecting brokerages with third party apps. Since this type of thing is typically a temporary issue we hope you will try connecting your brokerage again sometime so you can discover shareholder perks available to you based on your holdings.
