  • App glitches

    The value of the surveys is good, and the quantity is good. The payout system is easy with low minimum for payout. However I am giving this a one star and will continue to give this app a one star until the glitches in the surveys are fixed. The surveys freeze after completing them more than half the time, or get to a point that you can’t click the continue button and the survey errors out, you end up having to force close the app or end the survey early and not get paid because you can’t continue. The developers don’t respond to the customer service emails, but they have given me 100 points to make up for the issues that have been occurring, but that really doesn’t make up for the lost income from surveys I’ve completed, and the “customer satisfaction points” doesn’t count toward my weekly survey goal for the bonus points. I’d really like to see these issues resolved because I do like this app. Perhaps a different site embedding app, not sure what platform they’ve used to build this.

    Also when this happens, you can’t report the survey because it doesn’t show up in your history. Most of the time it’s the samplitico or whatever surveys

  • Don’t bother reporting surveys if they freeze

    I had about $2.00 worth of surveys freeze and crash on me. Couldn’t click on anything. I reported the issue like it said to do in the “my points” section. They still rejected them! Don’t bother reporting surveys if they crash. They don’t actually review the logs, and they end up removing that value of points from your balance, after you’ve already spent 30 minutes on surveys that were only supposed to take 7 minutes.

    Edit - they don’t remove points, I was mistaken on that, but the rest of my review stands. I have reached out to their customer service through the app twice now (second attempt was within the hour) and have received no response. I had 2 surveys freeze up today. One of which said “you already have a survey in progress” before it froze. At least this time I didn’t have to force close the app though.

  • PLEASE AVOID

    The only reason that I am giving this company five stars is because they really have a preference of posting those at the top. Like so many others I enjoy taking the survey, however, when it came time to cash out, they actually expected me to send them a copy of my personal information, like my drivers license and I flat out refused. In this day and time of identity theft, a person cannot be so giving to allow people that they don’t even know to hold onto their personal information. I honestly don’t know why they collect people, drivers license and or passport. I don’t know if the intentions on nefarious, but I plan to contact the attorney general to find out exactly what’s going on. No other survey company asked to send them a copy of your drivers license. What sense does that make. I have a PayPal account and card, and my identity was verified at that time. Please don’t fall victim and give out your personal information because you have no idea what it’s being used for or when it will be used their money is pure evil so please beware be looking for me soon on social media, I will be trying to collect, many other people that have refused to give their personal information because I think they do it to prevent from paying you. Money definitely isn’t everything.
