Not able to find device
I just got the realeme buds wireless 3 and for some reason they just can’t connect to the app. Every time I try to connect it, it just says cannot find device. Please fix this issue or find a solution.zamtoast
It was such a great vacuum

Buds Air 5 Not Connected
I could connect my Realme Buds Air 5 by mobile Bluetooth but I can't connect the device with the Realme Link apps as the device is not available in the apps list and I can't manage the device through apps. Please help me out regarding this issue. Thank YouminhaZaLhaquE
Customization not available
I’m using Realme buds air 5 pro with my iPhone 14 pro max. After download the app I don’t found any customization options for buds air 5 pro . According the feature it should be available here. When you have launched Air 5 pro you should work on it but you didn’t. Totally disappointed.

I just bought the device today. wanted to get some extra featues connecting the app. but it is not connecting with the app. Showing “No Device Found”. My device is iphone xs. could you please help me with it?warisur
Does not connect, no support
I bought a smart scale which the app can see but will not pair with. My suspicion is it doesn’t connect with iOS but I cannot find any information anywhere. There is nowhere to actually reach out for support (local Facebook profile also seems to be fake). The scale itself seems good but way overpriced if the Bluetooth capabilities don’t function. Cannot find my earphone and it’s not even listed!
