Not connecting
I really am disappointed in how hard it is to connect a DIZO watch pro to this app. I am still unabe to do it. Dont know if it does not work or is it just complicated and badly done.NADNAAA SBSBBS
Doesn’t work
No blue tooth connection. Purchased this watch, real me sales person on site when purchased watch. Could not make it work, when I try to connect via Bluetooth with the watch, the app tells me to purchase a real watch.
Will take its advice and buy a real watch, not this piece of junk.Scottdeesah

App not linking to devices.
I just bought the air buds 2 neo. I downloaded the app for more device control. When trying to link the earbuds to app, it constantly gives you the “unable to link” pop up message. Looks like most of the reviews for the app say the same thing. There seriously needs to be an updateIn order for these devices to be compatible. Considering returning the earbuds all together since it’s proving to be a headache.Avrro

Downloaded the app to have a better control over sound for my new air 2 neo buds, has the option for it, however, will not link. After reading over reviews it seems everyone has the same issue, please update app to support these devices. If not stop advertising it with the devices so it doesn’t lead to false expectations.khaljessie
