Best App for creating custom templates
Working towards modernising your quality and inspection reports is difficult in almost all industries but as I continue to research the best options for my company (ability, customisation, options)
I have found some really good platforms to explore. So far I really like that I can customise my own templates and create schedules with other users to ensure I receive the documentation we need in a timely fashion, instead of waiting for paper copies to be dropped off to the office and sometimes in questionable condition!

I love this app! Use it in the NHS for the management maintenance of properties. Nothing slips through the cracks in my daily inspections thanks to UrAudits.

The service to get me setup was excellent as I am not a tech savvy person.
I didn’t believe moving away from pen & paper to an app would make my work any easier but it has.

Working for the local government, it is vital when conducting tasks that all government guidelines and risk assessments are met. Especially when doing visits. I work in the Community Safety department, specifically managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases. It is important to document my activity when conducting visits to victims of ASB and areas being effected by ASB using UrAudits.
UrAudits allows me to instantly document, upload images and delegate tasks to team members during site visits and within multi agency meetings. The app also generates an analytical summary which is very useful when presenting in meetings and ensuring tasks have been completed in a timely manner.
