MESSAGES & NUDGES App users can receive timely alerts or to-do messages to help them stay on track with their duties. Managers can send out urgent alert messages that are prioritized for viewing and response. CHECKLISTS & TASKS Convert your organization’s daily, weekly and monthly tasks into checklists aimed at ensuring key task completion. ISSUE REPORTING Report issues on-the-go with the app’s issue reporter. Title and describe the issue, add an annotated picture, even select priority and category. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs) The WorkMerk app provides a way for working desk-less staff to access procedures or reference videos that assist with performing key work functions. TRAINING Using the app to complete training is a great way for desk-less staff to access key learning instruction. This module can also provide onboarding or introductory training to new employees. NEWS The WorkMerk app can be used to push noteworthy news items to staff. CLOCK-IN & OUT Hourly staff can clock-in and out for work right on the app. This module captures geofence perimeter location to ensure a specific perimeter for clocking in and out at work.
