The ServSafe Ops App empowers safe and winning habits that will help restaurants thrive and please customers. MESSAGES & NUDGES Restaurant app users receive timely, prioritized or urgent alerts or to-do messages to help them stay on track with their duties or quickly respond to issues or complaints. CHECKLISTS & TASKS Key restaurant daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks or checklists can be easily created and managed to ensure accountable task completion. ISSUE REPORTING Using the ServSafe Ops app, Issues or complaints can be reported on-the-go using a title, description and annotated pictures tagged by priority and category. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs) The ServSafe Ops app provides an effective way for the desk-less restaurant staff to access procedures or reference videos that assist with performing key restaurant work functions. TRAINING Using the app to complete training is a great way for desk-less restaurant staff to access key learning instruction. This module can also provide onboarding or introductory training to new employees.
