  • The best delivery service app

    I love this app. Easy to take pictures and track the route
  • Worse than manual coordination

    This app is so beyond functional that it offers no benefits that surpass rudimentary logistical coordination. The app often pulls up addresses wrong, requiring drivers to manually look up locations. Servers are hit or miss too so real-time updates on stops are better delivered to coordinators through text. The way checklists and photo acquisition is handled within the app is so unintuitive that drivers don’t even use them as intended because doing so is effectively impossible. This app fails to accomplish what it sets out to do. If the app were a person, and facilitating deliveries was its job, it would be fired. A statement the makers of this app should think hard on.

  • Hands down worse del app Iv ever used

    To many bugs takes to long to do anything and there’s nothing that really makes our life’s better by using the lowes delivery app. Iv used multiple others with different contracts an never had any where near the same amount of issues. Please take a step back and figure out a new version to make our life’s better after dealing with this idiotic app that we have used for over a year

    This App unfortunately is garbage, please work on fixing it or go back to DispatchTrack. This App your contractors cannot see real time updated notes and photos or even status of the delivery.

    I am not sure why Lowes is forcing delivery team to use this App if it doesn't really work.

    PLEASE LOWES FIX ALL THE ISSUES OR USE ANOTHER APP TO MAKE DELIVERY PROCESS A LITTLE EASIER TO THE TEAMS.

    Unfortunately App is garbage, please go back to DispatchTrack or hired someone who can really fix it, delay on everything, photos and notes get lost, no real time updates. Please fix this issue in order to make the delivery services easier
  • Still a major Liability

    Been stuck using this app for over a year.
    As a contractor/Carrier there is nothing more frustrating than trying to rely on an app to run a business and the app reliably looses photos, notes, I’ve even had entire deliveries get memory dumped.
    Carriers should have access across all devices to view photos in real time and they should also be able to be saved to internal memory on the users device

  • Update photo feature

    This needs to be fixed asap. When taking a pic it doesn’t let you zoom in or zoom out and flash doesn’t work either.

    Idk what’s going on but I’m not paying 8.99$ for this app it’s a bug in the system somewhere
  • Basic. Low budget.

    It does its job. It could be much better though.

    1. Add a map !!!!
    2. Remember ATLEAST the email!!!!
    3. Allow pictures to be seen on app. i.e: if me and my partner are using the app and he uploads a picture that picture will not show up on my app. Even if i refresh.

    How about we act like we’re in 2022 and add a remember me on the login. Pain to have to go find the generic email and password they assign you to use. Makes logging in real aggravating
