I adore this app and service for the convenience and their kind customer service. But my anxiety can’t handle not knowing when the items are actually dropped off to be shipped out for return after being picked up. It wouldn’t matter if most returns don’t work under a “return by date”, but most stores do work this way. I think I need to pause my use of this app till they have a system added that notifies us for when items are officially shipped out after the pickup. But I will def be checking in to see if this update ever happens! :)
Would be even more helpful if receipts for the drops were added to our account. I know all shipment centers and drop off stations are able to provide this - in case the refund doesn’t go through and we need to prove the item was shipped out.
