Question about battery of light stick
Hello, i just want to ask if how long does the enhypen lightstick last? Can it last til the end of a concert or it just depends on the batteries we use?
It wonโt connect
Bed since I got my light stick it refuses to connect to my phone whether itโs in concert or self mode. Every time I try to connect it it says connect failed and Iโm worried that I wonโt be able to use it again please you have to fix this I didnโt spend so much money on it for it to not work.
Lightstick wonโt update
This is a waste of your time. I am writing this the night before a concert, and when I tried to update the lightstick ( there is no way around the update as far as I can tell ) the update said it could not go through with the download. Nothing will work.

Works until you update
I have this problem with multiple light sticks, they work in self mode and appear to connect for concert mode, but then it says you it must update and once the firmware updates it never finds your light stick again. It says the connection failed or it canโt connect and there is no help section in the app (?) so I guess, if itโs possible, DONโT update and your light stick will still do more than just blink white and Bluetooth blue. (Yes I changed the batteries) ๐คทโโ๏ธ

I recently bought the lightstick and perfectly works fine on its own but it wont even connect to the app even though it is flashing blue

I tried to connect my light stick once it finds my lightstick it needs to download the firmware and during this my lightstick turns off ๐ญ๐ญ
Firmware update not working
The firmware update gets to 30-60% and then fails every time. Not sure how Iโm supposed to connect to the app for the concert in 2 daysโฆ
App crash
Iโm having trouble updating it. My light stick turns off at 10% while updating and the update fails.
FIX IT PLEASEE
The concert is today and it keeps crashing, please fix this.
