not working :(
i connected my lightstick and it worked for a moment then immediately disconnected and now my lightstick keeps turning off when i turn it on. :/
my light stick wonβt update
iβm really freaking out right now. i got my light stick a couple months ago in july and it has worked perfectly fine up until now. i turned it on and connected it to my phone, and it said it needed to update the light stick. i press βupdateβ and it starts loading the update. mind you, my light stick is green, confirming it is connected to my phone. when the update gets to around 25%, my light stick shuts off, stopping the update. iβm really freaking out because the concert iβm going to is in less than two weeks and iβm worried about why my light stick wonβt update. please fix this!!!

HELP! iβm trying to connect my enhypen lightstick and i need to update the firmware in order to use it YET it says firmware update failed when it reaches to 27% ?!!!
Not working
My light stick works perfectly fine when I turn it on but the moment I try to connect it to the app, it doesnβt want to work. I connect it to Bluetooth and and connects but right after it says it disconnects and it turns off. Why is this happening?? Please fix this before the concertπ

everytime i go to connect it connects but says i have to update so i press update and then my lightstick turns off so it wonβt and then says failed and wont let me connect

App Crashes
The app starts crashing after it goes to the part where it says βFound your Light Stick! Is the color changing like it is on the screenβ and after I press yes. Please have it fix before Enhypen tour concerts start!

i JUST got my lightstick and it connects fine, until i get to the part where it asks if the lightstick is changing the same colors it shows on the screen and i press yes and it immediately crashes:(
