App Crashes
The app works up until you connect your light stick into self mode and it says “Found your light stick! Is the color changing like it is on the screen?” once you click yes, the app kicks you out and crashes. I don’t know how to fix it.

not connecting anymore
Everytime I try to connect my light stick now it won’t connect. Instead it connects and then when I try to continue the app crashes and kicks me out. I hope this gets fixed before the tour because it’s really frustrating:( :/
Connects but then app crashes!!
I just got their light stick and it works fine however when I go to connect to my app, the app connects to ur and asks if they colors change the way they do in the app and they do. but when I tap yes the app crashes!! I’m not sure if this is happening to anyone else hopefully it can be fixed!

when i connect the bluetooth it turns green but when i press “yes” it crashes? please fix this
Lightsick doesn’t connect???
Lightsick doesn’t connect to the app as it crashes every time I try to connect to it on my mobile. However it works on my iPad??? I even removed some unused apps to get more storage AND updated my iOS AND deleted and reinstalled the app but no use as Weverse customer service instructed me but other than that they did nothing to help me and now I’m confused how I can bring a broken iPad into a concert🥲

App crashes
Having the same issue as everyone else. After I select “yes” for the color changing, the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone, forgetting my device, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Help!
Crashes when trying to Bluetooth self mode
I just bought a lighstick and wanted to try it out on self mode. It connects but once you click “yes” to move onto the self color mode selection it crashes :(

Please help I just bought a enhypen light stick and as soon as it connects to the app before it goes to the part where you can change the colour the app shuts down I don’t know how to fix it :(
