The app was therefore designed to that it adapts to the functionalities of the connected radio. So it is possible that radios of different complexities can be controlled with one app. The radio is controlled via the local network. Hence it is necessary both the DAB / Internet radio and the smartphone / tablet used within of the same network. In a network, the connection is automatic built up. Features of the app are as follows, depending on the features of the connected radio: - Control of the DAB + radio - Control of the internet radio - Control of the FM radio - Recording and playback of radio on USB storage - Playback of audio via the aux input of the radio - Playback of audio via the radio's Bluetooth interface - Playback of audio via the UPnP(DLNA) local network - Playback of the music streaming from Cloud (amazon music, Tidal, Deezer...) - Control of the cable radio - Control of the EQ advanced setting In addition to these core features of the system, the app has a variety of other functionalities which make controlling the radio more convenient. Favorite lists can be edited, stations are searched for and EPG data are displayed. The app is constantly being developed and adapted to the new features of the radios.
