Amazing app
Great app for making reels I’m really into it!!
I have one issue though that keeps occurring for me. I’ll be in a creative flow having fun creating some reels until the app freezes usually when adding new clips and then when I try to open it again the stays on the startup logo screen then crashes, I have had to delete and reinstall the app twice now.
Is there anyone else who has experience this or a patch that could be done to prevent it?Show lessMatt.Knight_

I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Temply. Recently, I found myself charged for subscriptions that I never intended to purchase. I’m a full time student that trying to build her small business and getting sucked out with Temply. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including contacting customer support and exploring refund options, I have been met with nothing but frustration and dead ends.
As a consumer, I value transparency and fair business practices. Unfortunately, my experience with Temply has left me questioning their integrity. It is unacceptable for a company to charge customers for services they did not knowingly sign up for and then make it nearly impossible to rectify the situation.
I urge anyone considering using Temply to proceed with caution. My hope is that by sharing my story, others can avoid falling victim to similar schemes. Additionally, I implore Temply to take responsibility for their actions and improve their customer service practices to prevent further harm to unsuspecting users.
In conclusion, my experience with Temply has been nothing short of a nightmare. Proceed with caution, and be wary of unauthorized charges and a lack of support if issues arise.Show lessTala gala

Love the app
When I first started using the app I was mega frustrated because for whatever reason once you clicked a photo no matter how many more you added the same photo kept appearing even though it looked like I was adding additional photos. I reached out to the developers and the issue was resolved within a couple of days and it’s been flawless since.
The only thing I’ve noticed and wish they would change- is on some of the sample videos- If you wanted to use those photos- there’s no way to tell if those are peoples personal photos or if they came from a bank and while you can use the template (speed/music/words) you can’t use the photos nor can you find them or anything like them in the photo bank provided. Just wish there was a way to use the samples and make them your own- much like in canvaShow lessPrincessblueyes

Weird message from founder-overall like the app
I was really enjoying using this app - I received a strange pop up message from the founded that said “ Recently, a couple of people have been writing 1-star reviews and I really don't know why. I'm trying my best to reach out to these people and figure out how I can fix the app but I just don't know what to do anymore. It's really been depressing me.”
I found this to be extremely strange - especially the part that said “it’s really been depressing me”
Overall the app is pretty good- I with there were a few more already made templates but it’s not bad. I’m leaving 4 stars because the app itself is not bad but I didn’t appreciate the strange message from the founder popping up at all.Show lessMyNicknamenicknamenickname
It works but,
Hey, I’m Rina and recently I’ve been using this app for my business contents and it was good from the start and everything is going well it just need I little more themes for some of the templates. The templates are little bit boring but also they’re good for beginners, I feel like it just need some more edit side that I can edit whatever that I want to add on my videos/reels or templates. Cause more of them they already been made up stuff that I can only use for one video but not other videos or reels. But the app itself it’s really good for those who just started their business as a online contents, like home business contents or just a hobby.
