This system does not harvest or dox data. If you have privacy concerns you do not have to use a credit card or this mobile app. A PIN code is available from within the pro shop to get a bucket of balls.
Duplicate charge

We do our best to prevent duplicate charges, if an error is detected the system is designed to automatically void the transaction. It can take 24-48 hours for the reversal to be posted. Please contact us at support@ontogolf.com if this remains unresolved.
Just want to purchase a basket of practice balls

The reload of $50 would apply only for range plan use. A single bucket purchase should still be available at the dispenser with a credit card. Generally when the screen says dispensing and the bucket does not dispense is indicative of an electric component on the dispenser that needs replacing. Please send us an email at support@ontogolf.com along with the facility name you were at and the last 4 of your card number. Will help resolve the charge. Apologize for your negative experience.
