Thanks for making it easy for purchasing balls. The app is user friendly but I do have one minor issue; it would be great to see past purchases. It seems like I am going through my funds quick. So, keeping track would be nice.Developer Response

Used my LA City muni driving ranges for years until these jackals installed their garbage point of sale systems on the dispensers and data harvesting app (it doxxes you every time you have balls dispensed).Developer Response
This system does not harvest or dox data. If you have privacy concerns you do not have to use a credit card or this mobile app. A PIN code is available from within the pro shop to get a bucket of balls.Duplicate charge

We do our best to prevent duplicate charges, if an error is detected the system is designed to automatically void the transaction. It can take 24-48 hours for the reversal to be posted. Only option at machine was to load dollars on app that i will not use today! Just wanted to practice. So I was able to select one bucket thru app, then put card in to pay. Says dispensing but nothing came out. Cc shows pending charge. After watching attendant try to figure out issue for 15 min.., i just left instead of dealing with issue. If min purchase is now $50 dollars, may explain why driving range was emptyShow lessDeveloper Response
The reload of $50 would apply only for range plan use. A single bucket purchase should still be available at the dispenser with a credit card. Generally when the screen says dispensing and the bucket does not dispense is indicative of an electric component on the dispenser that needs replacing. Please send us an email at support@ontogolf.com along with the facility name you were at and the last 4 of your card number. Will help resolve the charge. Apologize for your negative experience.Not good
