Having an issue
You would think after 3 years this problem would be fixed. I guess the support team is clueless on how to fix this issue of locking up. On the part of the game New York, when it comes to the chest and puzzle pieces after several rounds the chest opens but no puzzle pcs. Come out to reveal the picture under the pcs. Also, I’m currently in Paris part of the game and now the game is locking up at the part that shows the player a medium size screen with items in it and it’s locked up. I have to power off my iPad to get it to play and then it locks up again. The screen is the one with the puzzle and all the pcs. are blue and not revealing the picture under them, and the chest is showing open but nothing came from it. I like this game. It does the automatic bingo for you so you don’t have to worry about it. It also does the automatic power-ups as well. It also gives you time when the last number is called to actually daub the number and that’s so helpful.meme3421

While playing every day, when I win large amount of coins the screen freezes where the chest is supposed to open, and then I lose the coins I’ve supposed to have won
I gave it one more chance this morning and after winning 720 coins, the screen froze and I lost all winnings
It only seems to work when I win small sums,

This game keeps freezing up
This game freezes on the puzzle screen. I have to keep ending the game to start over. It worked fine other times except now it’s constant. I love the game, but this is very frustrating.wkynopqr

Ads at wrong time
Enjoy this game and understand necessary ads but they show up when game ends and not able to see score and puzzle pieces, please consider moving ads.light up bingo
