You would think after 3 years this problem would be fixed. I guess the support team is clueless on how to fix this issue of locking up. On the part of the game New York, when it comes to the chest and puzzle pieces after several rounds the chest opens but no puzzle pcs. Come out to reveal the picture under the pcs. Also, I’m currently in Paris part of the game and now the game is locking up at the part that shows the player a medium size screen with items in it and it’s locked up. I have to power off my iPad to get it to play and then it locks up again. The screen is the one with the puzzle and all the pcs. are blue and not revealing the picture under them, and the chest is showing open but nothing came from it.
