Best app for thrifty new yorkers
Found out about this app by walking into a thrift store one day and it has CHANGED MY LIFE — no joke. Super extensive and up-to-date map with correct hours, locations, and info about each store. Great for when you’re in a neighborhood you don’t know very well but are still looking to get the best thrift finds. So glad I found out about this app!

I've found a lot of great thrift stores from this app. They're all unique and diverse. Its also great for when I want to go thrifting far away from my borough. I just open the map and choose where my next adventure will be.

There is no shortage of thrift shopping in New York City. NYC Vintage Map is the ultimate guide to secondhand shopping in all its forms. If you follow the Instagram as well, you will be in-the-know on all the fun events and pop ups happening around the city! They are also super supportive of new businesses. This resource is a must if you love thrifting.

I had a lot of visitors and customers thanks to them! People find my store on their map and most important the tourists, they don’t know where to find the best options and here they find me! Thanks so much I highly recommend as a store to be on the map!
Awesome resource, time saver
Im an entrepreneur who just moved to NYC. I needed a list of all vintage stores in my area to do cold outreach and as you can imagine, thats alot of work. Even ChatGPT couldnt give me a basic list. Thank god for Liisa Jokinen and her work creating this app which i discovered off a basic google search.

How did I not know about this sooner
This app is amazing!!! I’ve lived in NYC my whole life & with new places coming & growing it’s impossible to keep up as well as trying to find new places. It really is a one stop shop to go on any thrifting adventure. I’m obsessed with how easy it is so see exactly what I want & not have to look at any other stuff you see on maps!

Great local vintage resource!
I am a circular fashion professional and sometimes offer vintage shopping tours of NYC, this app is an amazing resource to find all the little gems in NYC and have a truly unique shopping experience!
I will however continue to lobby for them to expand into the adjacent Hudson County, NJ area which is essentially the greater NYC area as my vintage store Hi Goose Studio is in Bayonne, NJ and I want to be included 😘

Great Resource for Thrift and Vintage Enthusiasts!
Amazing app, so useful for finding vintage/thrift/resale stores when you’re out and about! My partner and I love dedicating the occasional day to browsing secondhand stores and this app makes it so much easier. Highly recommend! Creator was super sweet and responsive as well when I emailed with info on a resale store not yet on the map :)
