App freez and slow
The app very slow and my ticket take forever to load , just at the event door and app decided that does not want load my tickets 😭
App CRASHING!!!
App kept crashing, I couldn’t access my tickets and support doesn’t respond!
Terrible app and customer service
Had no end of issues with the app with zero resolution after hours of communication with customer services.
Tickets did not appear so logged out in order to log back in and see if issue resolved.
Couldn’t log back in as email listed as ‘not registered’. Tried to re register using my email address but couldn’t as my email was ‘already registered’. Which is it?! Not registered or registered?!
Spent hours communicating with support. They can see there’s an account linked to my email. I can’t access it and they can’t help as it is ‘a temporary account’ apparently. It is now ‘impossible’ for me to access my tickets via the app.
They advised that the solution would be to open a new email account, and then create/register a new account with platinum. The kicker: my tickets still won’t appear as they are linked to my current email address, only future bookings made with the new email address would appear!!!

Terrible app
Awful app, and disgusting customer services. None of the tickets I’ve purchased show up in my account, sone where bought on the app, sone on the internet. I would log in, buy tickets, and when I got to the checkout I’d be logged out? In the end I bought them anyway, but they don’t appear as being bought in my account? Tried to get help from customer services about neither the app or site working properly (this was all over at least a couple of months, where the same problems would happen), and every time I spoke to customer services they made up a new reason for why it wasn’t working properly, and refused to help me get my tickets added to my account. That they gave a different reason each time suggests they’re just lying. It’s unfortunate that I can’t buy the tickets elsewhere, to boycott this disgusting company. But due to them seeing up the market out here you have no other option, other than not going to see the acts you’d like to see.
Oh, and I’d ignore the 5 star reviews, buying 5 star reviews out here is quite common, I even know a guy that does it for a living, you can generally spot the fake reviews, overly sycophantic.

Poor customer service, but easy-to-use app
Customer service is slow and not responsive enough to fix issues. Chat function, they don’t respond for 10-20 mins. Email, they don’t respond. However, the app is easy to use and take Apple Pay so that’s nice.
