Great customer service
Best app and reliable customer service. I bought tickets for specific date, however my travel arrangements changed, so I had to contact company’s customer service and had a very smooth refund and was able to purchase tickets for another event easily. Highly recommend to deal with this company.
Easy, fast, best customer service
Booked tickets with Platinum List, was very easy, understandable, had a couple of questions about the event so had to call them, had a quick response and customer service was clear and very helpful. Absolutely satisfied.
About 5 events repeated 1000 times
Gets confusing looking for stuff only to see same event repeated time and again. It’s like a Scooby Doo chase scene, keep seeing the same plant pot the more I scroll. It’s ok to only have 5 events, just let me figure out what they are
Do not trust
There is no guarantee to receive the ticket even if you made the payment. I’m still waiting for the refund of the ticket that I paid for and never received.
Not bad but could be better
As a booking app it’s not bad, although what is really missing is the ability to view your tickets in the app or download to Apple wallet.
Having to save emails, print tickets or download pdfs is a needless faff which frankly could easily be incorporated into the user account.
Additionally the Apple Pay function is glitchy. This needs to be looked at, fixed or upgraded.

Great follow through after the website
Nice to see the app come through with the same ease to use and easy to digest use interface and user experience. Support seems to be on point too with response in under 3 minutes. ;-{>
