New store
Today was opening day so it’s kinda early to do a review. But thought I’d start off and say most of the employees seemed very nice. One was a bit grumpy but that is to be expected since they have been busy all day! We have not tried our food since we just left. I just wanted to say they might want to fill up the burritos and bowls. Seemed pretty skimpy compared to other stores.

Messy food.
I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and it normally is never an issue but as of lately it has been. Anytime I come in and order, my food is always a mess. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to wrap a burrito, and if it rips, why it’s so hard to double wrap it? I shouldn’t open my burrito and be covered in sauce because the employee is too lazy to double wrap.

Best manager in town
Manager is exceptional. Love going here. When he is here I can always expect fast correct service. He remembers my order without me even telling him. Definitely holds this place together

The vegetables are never ready when we go there to eat and they only fill the proportions half way. So I got 3 vegetables. And 8 beans 6 pineapples pieces. Just terrible. Small portions. The last few times I’ve been to your store. I’m actually gonna quit going and I stop 1-2 times a week. Just horrible. As I sat in the restaurant I heard several other customers ask for more portions of food since the workers put such small ones on there and then they try and charge you for double prices. Just ridiculous. Get it right. Fix it.

Points n staff
I have been enjoying hothead since it opened its store in Huber heights, I have also been using the points ever since they started on little cards with stickers. Though now, today when I tried to redeem points for online order, it wouldn’t go thru, when I asked staff, they didn’t know and said it was a corporate ‘thing’. Instead of enjoying the free earned items, I had to pay. I also at times feel like a bother to some of the new staff and female management. It’s definitely not the store it was when ut first opened and I would love to see that return. Thank you, loyal customer
