Extremely Disappointing
Now let’s talk about how annoyingly money-hungry these developers are. In a 4 player online game you have to bet 2,000 coins but only win 5,000?? So basically between all 4 players the entry pot is 8,000 coins but the winner only gets 5,000. Given there’s 4 players and this game is largely luck based, let’s say you win on average 25% of the time. For every 8,000 coins you spend on entry fees you only win 5,000 back. NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU ARE AT THE GAME YOU WILL NEVER WIN MONEY!!!!! What an idiotic and frustrating structure this is. Please take notes from 8 ball pool (a MUCH better game) where the winner keeps the whole pot.
This app is based solely around taking your money and does such a huge disservice to the real card game. To the developers: change the algorithm so you have an equal % chance of drawing a card that you would in a REAL skip-Bo deck. And change the online price structure so that you are not guaranteed to lose money and have to pay for more coins. Until then, I will be uninstalling this horrendous game

Due to the shuffling of cards, it can be difficult to guarantee a balanced hand for each player however we assure you that your thoughts will be carefully relayed to our team as we are always focused on optimizing your experience further.
New features are Horrible
Edit- Your response to people is that “don’t worry it’s just one level” is a LIE!! It’s two levels and one is easy and the other is hard which takes your coins to pass. It’s also after every 3-4 times playing a round of skip Bo it makes you do the adventure levels, so it’s not just one time in a day. People play your games because they love Skip Bo, not the adventure levels. I paid the fee for no adds but still have to watch ads to get free skip Bo cards too. I have loved this game, but now I have found that other games such as “Skip Card” is just like Skip Bo but doesn’t make you play adventure levels. You are going to see a lot of people deleting your game for others if you don’t fix this….

Hi! Thank you for your positive feedback. Please note that in order to change your item specifically with card and frame ,you need to go to your Game Profile and equip your preferred card/frame.
After 4 days its pay to play
SECOND: WHY ONLY 15 energy max, this allows you to go through 3 levels of adventure mode, which by the way isn’t guaranteed because it’s easy to fail levels if you aren’t careful or are just plain unlucky. I know the game just cares about making money but this could EASILY be my favorite game on the App Store if you just added 10 more energy max, and made the online play easier to buy into and or add a daily gift allowing you to get more coins. I’m only on level 12 (4 days in playing) and I’ve bankrupted myself in coins and can no longer beat levels without spending coins and can no longer play online due to steep buy in cost. PLEASE MATEL FIX THIS.

No Longer Enjoyable

Hello, thank you for your message about Offline Mode. With the latest update, we've added a new requirement. After playing several offline rounds in a day (UTC 00:00 - 24:00), you may need to complete a specific level in Adventure Mode to continue playing offline. Don't worry, it's just one level and once completed, you can continue where you left off. If you choose not to pass the level, the requirement will reset the next day. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
Love this game but…
I’m still stuck on the same level and can only play once every hour. Pretty dumb.

We kindly suggest restarting your game, updating your device OS, switching to a more stable network like Wi-Fi, or turning on 'Allow Tracking' within your Settings on the device. If you have another device that is not an iPad, please test this too. For further assistance, reach us in the Settings!
Don’t download unless you want to be mad
Furthermore, there are time wherein there will be an offer to watch an ad for extra cards if you’re close to winning a level. But don’t count on this every time, especially if your coins are high and you’re on a winning streak. Also don’t count on the extra cards to even be the ONE card you need to win. I’ve spent several occasions watching ads for extra cards just to end up losing anyway.
This game has so much potential, when it’s good it’s great. But just when things are going good, I find myself highly agitated.

Ship-Bo
SO I REPORTED THE THE support team that I was not getting my reward coins. I even sent them pictures and showed them that I was not getting the reward coin. They came back and said that they need video of it which me not getting my reward when the picture plainly shows it. Like I said in the beginning, no matter what you send them they do not care. I don’t even know why they have this game on any device because they do not want to fix the problems😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
