Leave a Review Phase 10
Rigged? & events
I want to give zero stars. The game in theory is ok. Want to play, but can’t unless I go through the tutorial for the new event. Cant skip it at all. So that’s no fun. If I want to do the event, I’ll click on it, then I can do the tutorial if I choose. Don’t force it and not allow me to play the regular part of the game. I played the old version a few years back. I was able to choose the player level of myself and the computer opponents. This version does not allow that. I feel it’s somewhat rigged because of how the computer plays. When I’m dealt a decent hand for a round, I don’t ever get a chance to play at all. The computer players close out and win within 1-2 hands. When I’m dealt a crappy hand, it seems to take forever. I still tend to lose more often than not, so they take me for a lot of points. I’ve also been keeping track of the times I win the hand or at least get the cards needed. It’s averages about 1/10, 10% of the time. The hard (skull) levels are much worse. I’ve been on the same one for 2 weeks. Playing every day, 2-3 hours a day. Very discouraging to say the least. And don’t get me started on the “skip” cards! That’s definitely rigged Against us human players, and I’m keeping track of that also. - Oh yeah, the stages do not matter. It’s any and all. I recently opened another scene. I keep passing round 1 of 2, in a stage. In round 2, I haven’t even taken a turn and lose to both computer players in the first hand played every time. Go figure.Show lessDeveloper Response

The game is cool, well made and I like how there are multiple sets hype have to get to beat the level. Problems… there are a large number of them. First off, it’s not playing against other people. It’s ALL NPCs. Second, it’s really funny how after like level 10, it seems that the NPCs just have all the luck… and I mean ALL the luck. They will either always get dealt the hand they need to progress or get it within the first two or three card pickups. Yet the actual player, well let’s just say it doesn’t happen. How could NPCs know like what color you need and NEVER drop it but you NEVER also seem to pick it up from the pile. Or if you need a number, you usually pull numbers from the other end of the stack but NPCs manage to ALWAYS pull what they need? Got to level 17 after install and uninstall over like a month because of how irritating it is to play.
The time for multiplayer is ridiculous. People like legitimately just sit there doing nothing for half their time just to make you wait as well. They’ll drop a card or draw right away, then sit there waiting, just letting time go and then eventually make another move. I’m not sitting here for like 10 min to play a game like this waiting on someone to move, they should get like 30 seconds, not over a minute.
Uninstalling for the final time because obviously the devs don’t care and are only in it to make money.Show lessDeveloper Response

Let me start by saying that this game is addicting. I mean, you would likely play for hours on end if they allowed you to. If you read the comments, you will see that people have found the computer to be extremely challenging as you progress. The only response you will get is: We know you will appreciate the challenge. We cannot do anything about the shuffling. So, they (the designers) will not admit to unfair play. That means you have to live with it. Here is what I have done. When I get ahead and. The computer starts to cheat, I return to the map before the hand ends which will reset the level in the same position. Meaning, as soon as I see the computer about to finish a hand (you have to be ready!) I return to map! Sorry, you don’t win you cheaters! Sure, it cost me five bolts but I never lose ground on a level. I also never spend a penny to play. If I have to take a break to recharge my lives, so be it. I am no longer angry when I am teamed up on because guess what, they don’t win unless I allow them to. Lol. This has brought me so much peace. Lastly, I don’t believe for one second the online version has people. They are bots posing as a real people. Some of the pictures, names, and gameplay make it so obvious. One clown posted in here that he did better against live opponents. Sorry sir, unless you play against a friend, you are playing AI. You’re welcome!Show lessDeveloper Response
