If you’re a call center taking 500+ calls a day wirh 30+ employees working strictly from a Desktop and headset, you’ll likely never suffer from the poor detail quality in the nooks and crannies of this software.
If you’re a small outfit that requires tjay everything actually perform as promised/optimally, run in the opposite direction for software wirh a track record of consistency and quality performance.
Not requiring a contract isn’t a bonus here, it’s to save them time and money bc they don’t trust the product they’re putting out and don’t know how to make it better.
Next review is 1 star and a switch to a competitor that knows what they’re doing.
