Not fit for purpose
Steamboat Springs Mountain Resorts use this app for their shuttle service. If you have a foreign mobile number you can’t register, but it doesn’t actually tell you that, but rather reports an ‘error 400’. You can’t register with the number of the Resort you are staying in since the app produces an error message saying number already exists. So, clearly foreign visitors to Steamboat are not welcome!! The developer needs to correct this ASAP.Show lessExcluded Tourist

You have to keep watching your phone countdown as it can jump from 19 minutes to 4 minutes occasionally. Guess is when the driver actually accepts the fare? But very pleased with the app.RPW57
App could use a bit of improvement
It works well but it needs to show the user where the vehicle is located as it’s driving. Sometimes you’re not sure which side of the street it will show up so knowing where the vehicle is coming from would make this app 100%!Kcol415

Such a good service. Never waited more than 15 min and it the drivers are all great for info and to talk to.

Long wait
How do we go from 1 minute to 12 minutes? We started at 3 minutes and waited as it went down - Its too cold to just change drivers like Uber.honne4
Great service and easy to use app
Just got back from Steamboat Springs and used this service multiple times a day. It was so great! Didn’t wait long for shuttles (usually 2-4 mins) and they took us anywhere we wanted to go. Note, I think you have to stay with a specific resort to use the service. I’m not sure you can just purchase the “access code”.Show lesscoryval
