Dear Mrs/Mr, We are very sorry about your experience. You can use the map to see exhibits with audioguide around you or listen to our Tours prepared for each of our long-term exhibitions. We are also working on new content and will soon launch an audioguide for Hall of Minerals. If there is anything else you would like to suggest we will be happy to read it on it@nm.cz. Thank you!

We are very sorry about your experience. There are several places in the building where you can take paper map. But they are usually soon gone when it's busy day in a week. We will try to add more during day.
