Free detail service not necessarily free
Don’t offer a FREE detail service and then limit it to an amount forcing the customer to pay additional. Manager was nice enough to discount it. It’s misleading to say free then have a limit. I understand you can’t do a full detail for free but this was a Wheel Bling for $79 and then you limit me to $69.

Wet Car
This is the second time I’ve gone to the location and the car was not tried. The car did sit for at least 10 minutes before anyone was able to attend to it. The car was vacuumed which I always appreciate. However, they never dried the car still it’s one of the better car washes in the area. Luckily, as I left the building, it started to rain.

Can’t go wrong
I live on the other side of town but every time I come this way I also get my SUV a bath. They are great getting the majority of dog hair out as I have 2 Labs and they shed ALOT. Staff is always very polite and do an amazing job on my SUV.
