I was kinda nervous to order at first since I had never used them before, but the customer service was ON POINT. They respond so quick and I literally got my shoes in 5 days after purchasing. Definitely will be ordering again !

SOLE SERIOUSSSole Seriouss is the best! They have great prices, fast shipping, and most important; all items are AUTHENTIC🙏🏼. The app is easy to use and there are multiple payment methods available. Highly recommend you use this app if you’re looking to purchase shoes, streetwear, etc.
This company is a sham. I’ve had two orders cancelled because they ran out of “stock”. Aka sold it for a higher price. Pre-ordered some Jordans almost a year before release. Once they were released, I heard nothing from the company. I reached out by email asking when I can expect shipment, they quickly responded with “we are two weeks behind on orders, we will email you when it’s shipped. BUT if you’d like to cancel your order we will give you a full refund” When I got that response, I knew they would never fulfill my order. Waited another two months. Nothing. Don’t by from these flippers. They are a sham.

Sole Seriouss I’ve ordered some shoes from them it’s already been couple months and they still haven’t yet shipped it out and they’re excuse is because “ they are waiting for them to come “ but my thing is why would people pay extra money and just to not recieved it months later after the RELEASE date 🤨
I’m a repeat customer since 2016 and everything is A+: Quality of kicks, Fast shipping and pre orders that ACTUALLY WORK! I love the fact that I just DLd the app and all my past purchases are in my order history too.

SOLE SERIOUSSI ordered some yeezys that I wanted Wednesday and i got the UPS 2nd Day Air shipping and I just got them today. I am extremely satisfied and will be ordering again soon.
I was really skeptical about this app but now after trying it I love it I ordered my shoes not even a week ago and they got here soo fast it was the same price as inside the store and I didn’t have to pay extra for faster shipping really recommended
