Keeps forgetting the map
This app would be fine if it would keep the map. Every day or so I have to check why the scheduled cleaning job didn’t start and the app says there is no map so it doesn’t have a schedule. So, I go in to my maps and there is my one and only saved map but I have to tell it to switch to it. Then I have to re enter the schedules. Next day the same thing happens and I end up starting all over again.

Slow unstable app
The app is slow and has a significant delay when communicating to the vacuum robot. Sometimes it is unresponsive. Pretty annoying.
Terrible app
This app is terrible and needs to be resigned. Needs better clarification of options, but also more control and options over robot vacuum functionality.
Creating account issues
It will not let me create a password. It keeps saying I have to use capital letters, lower case, numbers and symbols in my password. Mine has all of that and it still keeps telling me to create a password with them in it.
lost maps
The app often lost my maps. Just updated the app(forced too), all my maps are gone.
Switch map
I see reviews from 1 year ago that they can’t switch maps, and I still can’t on the app right now. Would appreciate if we could.
Need to update and map house very update
About once a month theres an update and you have to remap the house. I got this so i can clean a room at a time so i dont need to pick things off the ground for the whole house. Its annoying to have to do this so often. I have to babysit the vacuum, because it always gets stuck. It also doesnt work at all sometimes. ~~The mop feature doesn't work too. You can only use water and theres just kinda no point. ~~~Everything else is great though i wish theyd stop updating the software. The best feature is the trash drop off at the base. It saves a lot of time!
