Stopped connecting
The vacuum and app were working fine until the robot lost Wi-Fi connection or at least that’s what the app says. I was able to reconnect several time but now it won’t move to the next step to connect. Also, there is no support for the vacuum, if something breaks might as well throw it away.Disappointed-832
New update make error
My device face to many error in map, include lost data of map and can not remap .Alionline1860

Map suddenly just stopped working 🤦🏻♀️😩PLEASE update the app so it works. We cannot connect it to the R1. So we never can get to step 3hillcountrylistener
Lost Mapping & failure to connect to wifi
The Lydsto app is buggy so the manual said to try the Mijia app and so far it appears to be better but won’t know until I remap my house and see if it sticks. If this doesn’t work the robot vac is going back.tqtatx
Doesn’t even work anymore
After your update i cant login it says wrong password , and on reset ( or even register a new account) it wont accept any password .charbel issa

I can’t even sign up
When i am signing up there is an error that says you should change the password in 6 to 16 characters and so on , but, my password is strong enough. I cant even use this application!!!!!CashNops!
Works fine
Not sure why all the negative reviews. Maybe a recent update fixed some of those issues but so far for me it has worked great and the app seems to provide all the basic functionality needed to operate our vacuum. Sure there could be some improvements, things could be polished a bit which will hopefully happen as they continue to develop the app. So far happy with the app and vacuum, though I am concerned if vacuum breaks how do I take advantage of the two year warranty as I haven’t found a way to submit a warranty claim online. It would be nice if they made a way to do that from within the app.Show lessno2seehere
Cannot sign up as a new user
Just purchased the vacuum. Trying to connect the vac to the app. Being asked to enter a password 6-16 char, upper and lowercase letters and digits. Getting an error and can’t create an account…mariya not maria
