On Target & Desperately Needed
In an industry (Homebuilding) where costly mistakes are all to common, ON3’s approach is leading to much-needed efficiencies. It’s a huge money and time saver. I’ve seen some negative reviews and honestly I don’t get it. Not very useful / gained nothing/ waste of time
Overly repetitive information, each section is ended with a video and those don’t always line up with the lesson. For being forced to use this training I found it to be lacking in vital information that would actually be helpful.
Lots of trick questions/ terrible wording. They don’t use common construction terms and often make up there own.
Overall this became more of a hassle and a burden than anything related to actual training.Show lessemployee1010
