It works for what I need
It wasn’t completely ideal, holding the phone while doing chest compressions was hard and more taxing. I accidentally turned the phone off while doing that. I don’t feel like it covered as much info as my in-person CPR/AED first aid course but since I was already certified before I feel okay with this app. It never crashed or glitched so that is a plus. It did make a quiet alarm noise during the certification and embarrassingly enough, I was walking around my apartment trying to figure out where the alarm was coming from. Listening to walls and trying to follow the sound. Didn’t realize it was coming from the app until I brushed my hair with the same hand as my phone and then held it to my ear like wait a minute! Sure enough, that was it. That was annoying and distracting. I guess I would say this isn’t the best course but it will do in a pinch.

So convenient!
This app is SO convenient. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 24 years and have done CPR training so many times I could probably teach it myself. This app saved me from having to find a live course that would have taken twice as long to complete plus the time to drive to and from the location. This app would definitely be my first choice for future recertifications if ACE accepts online CPR training.

Impossible
This app is impossible to use for cpr as it is very difficult to avoid touching the buttons or the screen and losing my progress. Waste of money.

Great way to get recertification! Fast and easy
I used to be a CPR & First Aid instructor, but let my certification lapse. I was frustrated trying to find a class locally to get my CPR/AED certification to become a group fitness instructor. This app was the perfect solution. Perfect amount of refresher info and the evaluation was fairly accurate for the CPR rate and depth aspects. Probably not great for someone who has never been certified before…. But for those just needing to recertify, this is the perfect option!

This app pumps life back into learning! So convenient and easy to review information that should simply be learned by everyone (if they’re comfortable to do so) and then thoroughly absorbed through practice.
