Still waiting for tech-support
(Additionally the pen’s battery life is far from what was advertised. But my main issue is not being able to sync properly, despite trying every troubleshooting idea available).

Areas for improvement! The pen doesn’t hold its charge when switched off for more than a day. I’m not sure why. I’m on my second pen and both have had the same problem. The syncing between my iPad and my iPhone work, but it doesn’t happen automatically and sometimes the version on the iPad looks a bit odd, as if it is expecting a bigger notebook. When searching, I’d love to see the search terms on each page highlighted. Finally, I can’t seem to find the planner notebook for sale, which is annoying.
