Says region restricted
Downloaded the CBS app to watch Christmas special on Christmas Eve. Says Error - video is restricted from playing in your region. Is the reason I can’t use the Columbia Broadcasting System because I’m too close to British Columbia?

Short clips don’t work for us. Not helpful for people who have Parkinson’s shakes - to do short clips - difficult - accessibility is lacking here.

Standards of the highest quality
I have consistently over 70+ years now. Enjoyed the programs both day today news as well as special presentations of all types on CBS always finding them at the highest level of excellence. Thank you for all that you bring to sound, accurate and reliable news of worth as well as programs of Entertainment that again consistently are presented in a manner they always leaves us coming back for more. It’s a great platform with many shows available to watch, however why is there 5 or more ads coming up every 5 minutes? I don’t mind one or two but six? Can i not enjoy my show? Please remove or at least lessen the ads, thank you.

I Added this app to my Roku. I was able to watch S1E1 of Matlock and S2E1 of Tracker. When I tried to watch the second episode of either on the app it asked me to log in with my provider. I don’t have I provider, if I did I could watch these shows there. Then I tried NCIS Origins, which after a lot of commercials, played for a few minutes, threw me out then asked me to log in with my provider, or sign up for Paramount+. I then tried adding the app onto my iPad and was able to start watching S2E2 of Tracker, after many commercials. At minute 24, it threw me out of the app completely. After going back in to the app and watching all of the commercials again, the show started at the beginning with no way to advance to where I was thrown out. I tried a couple of more times and saw a lot of commercials for shows I would like to watch, but cannot. Due to my location I cannot receive my local CBS channel for free over the air. I don’t mind watching the commercials on the app that is supposed to be free, but it does not work, as others have reported, but I decided to try it anyway. Funny, when I was paying for Paramount+ I never had any problems watching the programs. Saying something is FREE when it is not and just using it to try and sell you a different service is called Bait and Switch, which is illegal.

You as CBS should be ashamed to give her multiple times to answer a question. You are enabling a lair and a cheat. The border was never secure. Who in the US would believe that. She can't answer questions and you are giving her chances after chances to answer a question. Are you so disgraced to your reporter to do this to him? This is totally a farce to let her to be able to do that. You are trying to cheat with American's, by not telling the truth. I like shows on CBS but I will not watch CBS ever again. You need to air the entire broadcast where she answered the questions. Not a rerun of what she answered again.

Pathetic
Honestly a terrible app and site - made me download to watch one of my favourite shows then informed me after downloading and making me make an account that the show wasn’t available in my region. A waste of time and waste of a site.

The app crashes, gets stuck in loops, gives fatal errors, and is overall terrible.
When you finally get somewhere, it tells you that it’s not available to Canadians.
