Terrible app

If you try to pay your rent good luck finding the button to actually click on to try to even begin submitting a payment.

A couple things

Need to make it so after a payment, it doesn’t go back to the payment screen and show a balance.

Need to make is so you don’t have to fully log in every time. Let it use facial recognition or at least save the email.

Good enough

Some assistance required. Keep in contact with your property manager to work the nuances, but this app generally works. I found, applied for, and complete monthly payments in this app just fine. I’ve also completed work orders too. Just be patient and complete the forms as best you can, followed up with a phone call.

Terrible App

This app is terrible. I am unable to submit service requests and have been since day one. Service types don’t work and if you find a magical combination it will accept, it won’t submit at the end. The form is already tedious enough. Just the other day I paid rent (early) and selected the appropriate source bank account and it instead used another account that I don’t even recognize! Now I have a returned payment due to “unauthorized” from bank and I have to mail in a check. A check. For a mistake resulting from this buggy app. Terrible app and terrible customer service for not recognizing the problem or attempting to be helpful. They don’t seem to care about app experience, or the leasing experience, or the tenant experience - but they definitely care about their money. If you are considering renting from Second Avenue, even for your relatives: beware.

UPDATE 9/26/2023:
After the fiasco last month, I removed all payment bank accounts from my profile. I then added my only bank account. This month I went to pay my invoice and that mysterious bank account I DONT OWN was back!! I contacted support via email and phone and they best they could do was lock my account so that I am forced to pay a fee to send a check. Again. They said their team and manager would review in a few days. I don’t think they understand the implications of what may be a potential serious breach or they simply don’t care. They just want my money.

Terrible App

This app is terrible.

Not helpful or user friendly at all

We tried filling out a report to have an outlet fixed, filled out all of the questions and when we went to submit it, it said the questionnaire was incomplete. Went on the website to fill it out and it said the same thing. What’s the point?

Great way to find property and lease up

I was shopping for a single family home in Pitt and found this great app with Second Avenue. There were good property filters that helped me find the right home and the application process was straight forward. I love my new home!

Waste of time

This app is stupid. It is not user friendly.
