I thought I had gotten some good insurance until I tried opening the app?It gives you 2 countries to choose from and mine isn’t on there?I can’t even get into the app?
Promising yet severely handicapped
Loved it when I saw that an Omani insurance company has a progressive digitally oriented app. Very disappointed to see that files upload in the claims section of the app can’t be read by their staff and manual emails need to be sent. App connection errors with their server are frequent and make the app almost unusable. Very disappointing

Cannot update data
I’m trying to update personal data & Member Id number but it faild
Failed to open the main menu
The app needs more updates, I cant use the app at all, everything is in the main menu but when I try to open it it says “Failed” in the middle
