I thought I had gotten some good insurance until I tried opening the app?It gives you 2 countries to choose from and mine isn’t on there?I can’t even get into the app?Reesie2
Promising yet severely handicapped
Loved it when I saw that an Omani insurance company has a progressive digitally oriented app. Very disappointed to see that files upload in the claims section of the app can’t be read by their staff and manual emails need to be sent. App connection errors with their server are frequent and make the app almost unusable. Very disappointingShow lessabu-Qusay
