App needs work
Company is great, but the app is seriously lacking. Random force closes when signing into app and account updates not being current are two of the biggest issues. Again, I enjoy being with this company - the app still needs to be done properlyDeveloper Response

They have raised my liability only insurance by $366 over the year and their only explanation is inflation. Mind you its only been one year no incidents no tickets. I tried to call them and have been on hold over 30 minutes. Their app wont let you log in and when i try to quick pay online all my option to pay monthly which was available before has disappeared and my only option is to pay the full six months up front and not monthly payments. Please stay away from this company and find a better option. I will be finding a new insurance provider. Please save yourself the frustration and don't even bother with this company. This app is terrible compared to farmers insurance. You cant even find roadside assistance on the app.I asked customer service a question and hung up on me and there is no option to survey review my person. On top of that just to get help took 20 minutes!!! Nce we got help it then said to wait 1 hourShow lessDeveloper Response
Thank you for your review and feedback. The ability to request roadside assistance via the app (instead of a phone call) is on our roadmap. We will include that in our "what's new" notice when its available. And I apologize for the long service wait for assistance.
