  • Horrible Needs To Be Fixed

    The app will not allow me to sign in , when I try re register it says I already have account. So I can not access the full account, all I can do is do quick pay . I am trying to print a new proof of insurance and can not make it past the log in . After the last update it has not worked at all . I have called for help and it still will not let me into my account. Says I already have an account then says I don’t . Please fix these issues , it makes things very hard to make payment and to keep updated insurance proof .

    This so frustrating not to be able to access my account or even reset my password or make a quick payment. Why do policies with 11 digits get to make payments??? What is that about? No one to speak to or chat with to help. Only email and we all know how that goes. Definitely changing insurance provider soon!

  • Send me to browser

    So I just downloaded the app I had the infinity but when I open it I got send to a browser for kemper… so I logged in and then went to get the Kemper app and every time I open it it takes me to the same browser on Siri… I long in and open the app and again sends me to the browser… it’s annoying why have an app if the app is just going to send you to a browser… not happy with this not happy at all…
