We are continually releasing new updates to further improve your mobile banking experience. This version includes user interface improvements, security updates and bug fixes. Please be sure to turn on automatic updates to make sure that your app is always up to date.
I have been having the worst time with the app and overall G1B experience. I have been unable to reset my pin, password or access the website or mobile app on multiple occasions for the past 3 weeks. It has been more than annoying. For several years I have had to delete the app because it either acts glitchy or has malware which leads me to believe that my entire account is compromised. I’m not sure if anything can be done about this with the state of affairs and ongoing attacks from nefarious forces outside of G1. Everyone seems to be under attack from hackers and bad behavior like the Dark Angels stealing from Healthcare systems by holding their clients data hostage for a whopping $75 million. It makes you want to plant your money under your mattress or in a wall to say the least… 🙇🏾♀️now they had the audacity to change my 2Fa to my security questions: vindictiveness leaves the whole world blind
