Consistent VoiceOver crash
I would consider this app a solid 4+ if it were not the fact that the app consistently crashes when attempting to choose Zelle when VoiceOver is running. If VoiceOver is off then the app works as expected. But when VoiceOver is running, double-tapping on Zelle which I use all the time places focus on the home screen whereby it's necessary to reactivate and log back into the app. The only work-around as a blind user is to turn VoiceOver off, have a sighted assistant tap the Zelle icon, and I can resume my banking from there. Very inconvenient from a need for independence perspective.

This isn’t cool!
This doesn’t seem or even feel right. Why has the website, app and phone lines not working ALL DAY ON A SATURDAY? Is someone working on this issue? Why is it taken this long and no progress? PEOPLE HAVE NO WAY OF CHECKING THEIR ACCOUNTS!!! I’ve had Patelco since 1995 and this has NEVER happened. Its absolutely unbelievable. SOMEONE COULD BE GONE TO TOWN ON OUR ACCOUNTS AND WE DONT EVEN KNOW BECAUSE NO ALERTS FOR TRANSACTIONS. Makes me wonder if I can even get money out the ATM. Thinking about being my own bank. Way safer. I’m really bothered because as I was checking online to see what the problem is (btw my bro set is even taking long to connect to the website) and see Patelco was hacked in September 2023. How does this information get past me???

Still broken
Update: months later it’s STILL broken. Support is no help. Previously, it was still working on my partner’s iPhone, but it’s broken there now too. Hangs at login with a white screen and spinning loading animation. It’s bad enough that I’m considering switching credit unions.
Hasn’t worked on my phone for months. Over multiple iOS versions. Crashes when logging in. I’ve reinstalled it and that didn’t fix anything. I even reached out to Patelco’s support and they couldn’t help. Really disappointing. I would hate to switch financial institutions simply because I can’t use their app to deposit checks. That’s a really important feature for me and it’s not accessible as the app crashes every time I try to log in.
