Mobile check deposits are so hit or miss in this app bc of the camera capture. When it prompts you to take a picture, it tells you to tap the screen to capture. Tapping anywhere and everywhere on the screen doesn’t work. Incredibly frustrating. Tried on my wife’s phone for our same joint account and she has the same issue, so it’s not a device issue. I have to restart the app several times in order to get it to work. I’ve moved most of my money out of PCU now bc the app and benefits are now so terrible.
