App has not been working nor online banking. How am I suppose to see my financial Info? Been almost a month now. How can you not see that as a company ? Someone should have their job up for review tbhNew and Improved Update Does NOT Work
Since the update I have not been able to log in to the app. I’ve called tech support and gone into the bank for help. Seriously thinking about moving my multiple accounts to another bank. New and improved? NOTCan not access app
Ever since your latest update I can not even open the app on my iPhone. When I call for support I was told that it was no longer compatible with my iPhone 12. It worked fine before the update.
