App has not been working nor online banking. How am I suppose to see my financial Info? Been almost a month now. How can you not see that as a company ? Someone should have their job up for review tbhNew and Improved Update Does NOT Work
Since the update I have not been able to log in to the app. I’ve called tech support and gone into the bank for help. Seriously thinking about moving my multiple accounts to another bank. New and improved? NOTCan not access app
Ever since your latest update I can not even open the app on my iPhone. When I call for support I was told that it was no longer compatible with my iPhone 12. It worked fine before the update.Review

The mobile check deposits worked well for the last few month but this month I can’t seem to get it to work at all. I’d make sure my picture is clear and is aligned with the border but every time the app tells me it cannot recognize the bottom of the check. This app has been very hit and miss. The thumbprint feature doesn’t work all the time and was causing problem. Bank told me not to use fingerprint option because it acts up. Several times I have tried to transfer money to my son and the app says that it can’t process right now. Then I have to call in and do it over the phone, which takes a while and I’m always in a hurry when the app can’t transfer moneyShow lessChronic problems signing in
