The app wants me to update but won’t open app. Really????Provident bank app
I use this app a lot to track my cash flow. Since the last couple of updates ago, it keeps telling me I don’t have network connectivity.
Of course all my other apps , my laptop and my Dish all are finding the network with no problem. Sure would like someone to FIX this !!!Connection
I keep getting kicked out due to “connectivity issues” just started recently, but my internet hasn’t changed.

This app is horrible. Bad enough it’s so limited on what u can do like transfer money from one bank to another and other limitations. Screen is so simple and outdated u cannot see transactions past the length of the page and so on and so on. Now for the past 2 weeks I cannot pay my bills since when I try to log in it says I have no WiFi connection but iam connected and all my other apps are fine. This App needs serious updating and fixing immediately. I cannot log in now to pay my bills. Horrible. Ready to close this account all together.Show lessCan’t Use the ap

Every time I login with my password it says it doesn’t authenticate it, however, I go to the actual website and it works perfectly. This has been a major issue since I got this app! It needs to be fixed now!WORST BANK & APP EVER
This is the worst app ever for a bank. To say this Bank and app are unreliable is putting it lightly. It NEVER EVER WORKS. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE THIS BANKPiece of crap
